What is sleep?

I was at the gym, complaining about how weak I was; how it feels like my exercise is not paying off, even though I try really hard (most of the time). "Do you sleep enough?"

Well, I guess we have got the answer to that question just by looking at the time now; 1:39 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

I better go to bed. But it is just so nice staying up when everybody else is asleep and darkness is my only companion. I am telling you, I am a nocturnal animal. An owl. Hooo-hooo.
